• We accept order quantity to be 1 pcs. Whatever you are personal users or re-seller.

2.   What is your quality?

• We assure all jewelry and watch highest quality finish. 3D Molded and printed with highest specification, Finished by hands of quality by master and jewelers.

3.   How to know your price?

• Please send us your enquiry jewelry & watch details with picture through Whatsapp, Wechat or Email. Our customer service representatives will reply you as soon as possible.

4.   How to pay for my order?

• We accept Bank transfer, Western Union or Money gram. Deposit 30% and 70% balance see ready videos before shipping.

5.   How much time for your shipping time and How about the packing?

• We usually ship by air, you can collect items in 3-5 days. Packing is same as original also.
• Sometime we have ready items can shipping at once. If not, only need 5-7 days for production.

6.   How to know your material is 18k gold,nature diamond and nature gems?

• We only use 18k gold,highest gems and diamond, the appearance could be awesome like picture. In addtional, before shipping we will make a material test certificate. The test code trace on the third party official website.You can also reinspect in local place jewelry device.

7.   Can I see more picture or videos? And Could you make those not found on website?

• Please contact us if need more picture an videos, and not found jewelry or watch also can send picture to check whether can offer. 

8.   What is the guarantee? Will color and diamond loss?

• For the material is 18K gold and diamond. The finish color is 100% same and certainly will not loss. And diamond we areinlaying one by one on gold with excellent craftsmanship, if not happen human damage, it can be use lifetime.

9.   What if I received items not gold and diamond? Can I return my items have mistake or flaw?

• In case by any chance you have proven an item is not pure, we will exchange it for you or refund the full payment if requested.
• Items with minor mistakes, notices or flaws will be managed by CJbrand return Team. We will pick up the item, fix it if possible or exchange it and return it back to you.
